I offer counseling for people struggling with addiction, sexual identity and gender identity support, and support around adjusting to, and coping with having physical or mental challenges. I use humor and empathy to connect with others and support them through their unique life experiences.

I remember having a lot of social anxiety with just having a physical disability, let alone being gay. It was through the help of mentors and supports that I was able to be my true self as well as be part of the community. It is my hope that I can give back to others what was given to me.
